Real estate photography · San Jose

Listing media in San Jose, from a team that actually lives here.

We're based here, and it's the city we've shot more listings in than anywhere else. Your photos land the next morning, and the same person shoots every listing you book.

What we shoot

Everything a San Jose listing needs, from one person

What it costs

The price follows the house, not the city it's in.

Four packages, priced by square footage

Under 2,000 sqft that's Silver $595 · Gold $800 · Platinum $1,100 · Diamond $1,600, and you can buy anything inside them on its own.

Most listings here don't need the top tier. We'd rather tell you when one genuinely warrants more than sell you Diamond by default.

Questions we get about shooting here

How fast can you get to a San Jose listing?

Usually faster than anywhere else we shoot, because we're not driving in from somewhere else. It's the shortest trip on our schedule, so it's normally the easiest date to fill at short notice. That still depends on the week though, so the honest answer is to ask us.

Have you shot near my San Jose listing?

There's a decent chance. Our San Jose work sits in 95110, 95112, 95116, 95126, 95128, 95132 and 95148. If yours is elsewhere in the city it's a normal booking on the same terms, and we'd rather show you the postcodes than claim the whole map.

Do you know the San Jose market better than a photographer from out of the area?

We know the houses better. We've shot eight of them here and we live in the city, so the light in a mid-century ranch isn't something we're working out on the day. We don't read the market for you though. That's your job, and you're better at it than we are.

Shooting here this week?

We're already in San Jose.

Pick a date and the portal will quote your address before you commit to anything.
